Although there have been a lot of additions to the game’s playable roster which create well-deserved hype, some fans still prefer older Genshin Impact characters in their creative descriptions. This is probably because fans feel a sentimental attachment to the older characters’ attractive looks or interesting backstories. The notable fanart we are talking about here is the work of Reddit user FlatlinedTritone. They have managed to recreate Breaking Bad’s one of the most memorable scenes in which Walter White and Jesse Pinkman are looking down a barrel. Who doesn’t wanna see Breaking Bad x Genshin Impact thrown together in the most eye-catching artwork ever?
Well, there you have it. But instead of Walter and Jesse, the fan art features two iconic characters from the game, Albedo, and Sucrose. Why the artist chose these two characters is quite an eye-opener. Turns out, both of them are popular Alchemists from Mondstadt. Albedo being the Chief Alchemist as well the Captain of the Investigation Team of the Knights of Favonious. Whereas, Sucrose is his right-hand man which makes them the perfect combo for this fan art. When crafting Weapons Ascension Materials, even one of Albedo’s Passive Talents allows him a 10 percent chance of receiving double products. The combined art piece was very well received in the community, with the post reaching more than 5k upvotes. Fans claim that another plausible reason why Albedo should be the main star of the image is the fact he has a higher five-star rarity than Sucrose. Getting into his power on the battlefield, even now he is still one of the strongest supports in Genshin Impact. Albedo is also a crucial character in the famous four-character-based Geo party. The sole reason why this type of team comp works is due to the fact that Geo is quite different from the other elements featured in the game. Therefore it can operate and work independently. Albedo debuted back in the 1.2 Update for Genshin Impact as a part of the Dragonspine Arc which is still considered one of the best regions in Genshin Impact to this day. The recent live stream even for Genshin Impact’s Version 3.1 has finally been confirmed and Albedo will also be a part of the upcoming update. Apparently, the character will appear on the second banner along with another upcoming five-star character, Nilou, the Hydro user. Even though the event did not suggest an exact release date for the second phase, players can hope to see their double banner arrive on October 15.
